Mike, Managing Partner of Basecamp Apartment Advisors Inc., founded the company with partner, Ken Torres. Prior to the creation of Basecamp, Mike was a top producing Senior Investment Broker at a multifamily firm in the Carolinas. Throughout his 21 year professional career, Mike has worked in commercial real estate brokerage and development across several asset types including retail, office and land.
Mike holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management with a concentration in RE Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniel’s College of Business as well as a Finance degree from Siena College. Associations have included NAIOP, ULI, ICSC and the USGBC. Mike proudly lives in North Carolina with his wife and two sons. He also maintains strong ties to the Northeast & Colorado.
